Has anyone else experienced insomnia after starting Mounjaro? I’ve been on it for at least 8 months now, and at the start found that insomnia was a real problem the first few nights after taking the jab. It’s got better over the months, but I still find the night of the jab day and the night after can be more of a challenge to get to sleep. I’ve tried varying the time of day I take the jab, but it hasn’t seemed to make a difference.

@Bennyboy yes I have noticed that, it's always the day of the jab and sometimes the following day for me, where getting to sleep is a struggle.    There was a post on this a few weeks I remember and someone else said to move the injection to the morning which I have done and that has definitely helped.  It still takes me longer to get to sleep but quicker now I inject in the morning 😊

Yes, I've been there but found I managed to get it under control by (1) making sure i was getting all the nutrients I needed, I was eating much but made sure what I did eat was what my body needed (2) stayed hydrated lots of water but herbal teas too (3) exercised but wasn't over doing it.....it took a few weeks but I managed to get back into a a good sleep pattern

So I’m back on Mounjaro after a 6 month gap, and starting over again has triggered the same insomnia as before. I confess I do have other worries that could keep me awake at night but they weren’t as present as they now seem to be. Am hoping this will pass in a few weeks.
