How's everyone coping with feeling full?

A friend of mine is struggling with feeling uncomfortable after eating - even when it's just a small amount. She also says sometimes she has this elevated nervous system response. So she feels hungry, starts to eat but then feels like loads of adrenalin is running through her and she loses interest in the meal.

Yes! That full feeling can be so weird at first – it’s like your body’s saying STOP even though your brain’s still catching up. I had a bit of that adrenaline-y, jittery thing too in the early weeks. I found slowing down when eating really helped, and smaller portions than I thought I needed. Took a while to adjust but it’s definitely got easier.
