Any recommendations? what are the things to look for in a protein shake/supplement?  I've never used them before but though it might be an easy way to geta protein boost every day. I am eatring more healthily but not sure I am getting the protein I need. So looking for a something I could add to a shake, something like that

the article that Sophie Stride shared from the Slimrchat site is really helpful, I have been eating nuts and yogurt which I enjoy and are good protein hits

I did a fair bit of investigating of protein powders and my favourite is Banana & Lucama Organic Protein Powder: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Banana-Lucuma-Organic-Protein-Powder/dp/B08KY6PXK3?tag=bbc00-21&ascsubtag=bbcgoodfood-306775&geniuslink=true&th=1

It tastes just like banana bread 😉 and when you mix it with water it has a nice creamy thick consistency. Its definitely the best tasting I think.....but it is expensive. £28 for 600g.
